cv and cvl in images.tv.iis

Both cv and cvl in the images.tv.iis package give

ERROR: Cannot open connected subprocess (./x_iis.e)

if they are executed (IRAF 2.15.1a).

It's been that way since about v2.10.....at some point I'll remember to just disable the package declaration as well. The tasks are only useful if you have the actual IIS hardware.
