FITSUTIL install with 2.15alpha

Just a word of warning for those installing FITSUTIL using both IRAF 2.15alpha and the FITSUTIL source as modified for the 2.15 release. To get FITSUTIL to work properly, I had to change instances of "pkg/" to "src/" in the file "fitsutil.cl."

(I am installing on a 64-bit Snow Leopard machine, but I think this point is irrelevant.)
