Is there a statically linked ecl for 2.14 or is the one at http://iraf.net/ftp/pub/fitz/ecl.e still good?

Just to be sure, I updated the binary at that link with the latest version built from source. It is a statically linked linux binary that should work on (practically) any release.

Hello there,
It seems that 'libtermcap' is obsoleted by 'ncurses'. I learnt that when trying to install 'libtermcap' with yum. Then I created in /usr/lib a link 'libtermcap.so.2' pointing to 'libncurses.so' and now 'ecl' is working fine.
I hope that will help
