new xterm problem with fc4

Hello,
There was a new xterm update on Fedora Core 4 yesterday.
Now xterm won't fire up the tektronix graphic window properly
from iraf. It is as if the wrong graphic window was used in iraf
with hex characters appearing instead of the tek window. Do
you know if there is a fix? Thanks again.
