FITS2jpeg jpeg package

Hi guys:

I am trying to install the FITS2jpeg package in my mac. I been trying to get the jpeg software which is available ftp://ftp.uu.net/graphics/jpeg/jpegsrc.v6a.tar.gz, but when I try to anonymous sftp or ftp into it and enter my email I am getting an error message

% ftp anonymous@ftp.uu.net
Connected to ftp.uu.net.
220 FTP server ready.
331 Guest login ok, send your complete e-mail address as password.
Password: 
530 Login incorrect.
ftp: Login failed
ftp> ls

I wanted to know if someone knows somewhere else where I could get this package.

See http://www.ijg.org and the google to rest. IRAF can't deal with JPEG but there are various conversion tools (e.g. ImageMagick, XV, FITSLiberator etc)
