IRAF in Kazakhstan

I hope this is the right forum for my question. I am writing for a Russinan friend working in Kazakhstan. He is interested in installing and using IRAF there. Are there any US government, or AURA, regulatory restrictions on his obtaining IRAF?

To the best of my knowledge, there are no export restrictions. IRAF has been in use in Russian states for quite a while.

Same as everybody else, a web or ftp-based download. Have your friend see the 'Downloads' link on the banner bar for the latest version.
