transformation equations for SDSS filters

Hi,

I have been struggling lately to find transformation equations to convert instrumental magnitudes to calibrated ones for the ugriz system. In IRAF, landolt transformation equations (photcal/catalogs package) are provided for UBVRI system, but there is no information on the SDSS. Could someone guide me in the right direction in this regard ?
