REFSPEC Issues

Hello, there.

I am having some issues with REFSPEC. When I try to run it, I keep receiving the error "wrong aperture". I know the reference spectra are identified/reidentified, and I know that they correspond to the target spectra because I extracted the target spectra using the comparison lamp spectra as a reference. I was not having issues before, but after re-extracting I started receiving this error. Is this a known error, and if so, how is it fixed?
