dispersion axis in iraf of Ureka

It seems there is no effect if I use

noao.twodspec

apextract

apextract.dispaxis=2

when the dispersion axis is along columns.

I am using IRAF in Ureka.

How to set the dispersion axis exactly?

apextract.dispaxis=2 is useless when the dispaxis key is 1 in the fits files, so we need to change the header first.
