Error analysis with SPLOT

Hi,
I try to obtain errors on fluxes using the error analysis task in SPLOT
(nerrsam= ) Number of error samples (<10 for no errors)
(sigma0 = ) Constant gaussian noise term (INDEF for no error)
(invgain= ) Inverse gain term (INDEF for no errors)
but nothing happens ! Is it a problem in the Iraf version, I have IRAF V2.12 and version 14 or something is missing ?
Thanks !

Nothing has changed in the iraf versions about the error analysis between v2.12 and v2.14. Did you literally put blanks in the parameters as you posted (which might be the cause since e.g. 'nerrsam=' is a value < 10)?
You can search the forums from the banner bar with terms like "error AND splot AND invgain" to see earlier discussions about what is required to get the error terms, otherwise please post details of what parameters you used.
