Equivalent width uncertainty with spectool

I am using "spectool" to calculate the equivalent width and its uncertainty. I defined an uncertainty spectrum which spectool claims is all that is needed to calculate the EW uncertainty. I have also specified "YES" for calculated uncertainties. However the tool has no output location for the EW uncertainty and I see no way to get this information.
