problem with echellogram

hi,
I have a data taken with echelle spectrograph. but the data is a little weird because the absorption/emission line is not perpendicular with continuum. this will cause a resolution significantly reduced when I extract them into one dimension spectra.
how I suppose to do with this kind of data?what task do you suggest to treat this data?

Try searching the forum using keywords like echelle and tilt. Basically the solution is to divide up each order into a number of narrow apertures (~1 pixel), extract them, wavelength calibrated them, and then combine them back together in wavelength space. It is a little complicated because of bookkeeping but it will address the problem.
