New to IRAF ? ECL Readme

Being new to IRAF I spent some time trying to work out what the enhancments where that made up "ecl". I couldn't find it on iraf.net so decided to do some searching,

I was able to find the "official README". If you want to know what changed from "standard" CL download the offical "README" from the link below:

Included are the command line editing codes implemented in "ecl"
