Another ECL suggestion

Hi Mike,
First, thanks for implementing some of the improvements I suggested previously for ecl. The 2.13 version is quite nice to use now.
Second, I have noticed something that I think could be made more convenient. When I enter an expression with "=", I cannot recall it with the arrow keys, only with 'e'. Using the up arrow skips over it to the previous command. I find it useful to recall expressions easily, so I can go back and modify them or do something with the result. I tend to do this repeatedly in quick succession. Having to use 'e' for expressions when I'm in the mode of doing up-arrow gets my brain in a tangle :-).

It was a missing feature I use myself all the time that's already been done for the next release (along with '!' escapes).
