IRAF information

Dear Sir,

I am doing research study at the University of Bradford, UK and I tried to download and open "beguide.ps.Z" in Windows XP also in RedtHat Linux 9.0, but I could not open it. Also the " get iraf info " massage is twice undeliverd by irafinfo.
Can you please help me?
