Error: task cosmicrays not found

hi, i have a problem in running cosmicrays task, when i run "spa cosmicrays", it says task "cosmicrays" not found, and under ccdred i can't find cosmicrays indeed.

should i run something like make latest or things like that to fix the problem, or i make some other things wrong when i install iraf, if i want to install cosmicrays manually, how can i do, just a reference will be OK. Thanks!

Type "crutil" to load the CRUTIL package where the task lives.
