msctpeak / tpeak: save guesses?

Is it possible to save the list of manually fitted coordinates (input guesses and/or centroided pixels) when running msctpeak / tpeak? I've found myself needing to re-fit coordinates many times, and it's a huge waste of time to have to re-centroid by hand a dozen times.
