mscsplit issue with ACS files?

Hello,

I am trying to mscsplit an ACS file, and I am getting an odd result. It correctly makes 7 files, however files 4-7 are mirrors of 1-3.. all are chip 2 (instead of chip 1 for one set, chip 2 for the other). Is there something special I need to do for splitting ACS files?

The task is a fairly simple script that ultimately calls imcopy. You can see the imcopy command if you set the "verbose" parameter in mscsplit. It uses the extension name rather than the extension order. My guess is then that the extension names are either not unique or are confusing the mscjoin task. For even more information you can set the verbose tracing output with the "d_trace" command (type again to turn off as this is a toggle). Either Mike or I can figure this out with a sample file but by using the extra output you probably can figure it out also. Let us know if you upload a sample file for us.
