Problem when using <msctpeak>

Hi all!
I've been troubled by a problem when I use the command <msctpeak> to update the WCS. The parameters are setted as below.

When I run <msctpeak>, there will be many red circles around the calibration sources. And then, in the cursor mode of DS9, when I click the key 'a' and 'k' on a source, the problem happens:
The blue circles, which are expected to be rightly on the sources, always have a large offset from the sources. What's more, when I redo the task, the offset changes every time. Here is an example from a part of the result:

Hello,
I don't know what is wrong from the information in your post. I would be glad to help. The best way to do this is to get your image and coordinate list. Also information about the version of mscred (lpar mscred) and the OS. You can put the image on a site at your end or ftp://iraf.noao.edu/pub and let me know (valdes@noao.edu).
