Installing VAPHOT

Hello,

I am trying to install the vaphot package on my iraf system. I downloaded the package and then placed it in a subdirectory that I named "clscripts" under the home directory (this is what the README file that came with vaphot said to do). However at this point the README file ends with no more instructions...what do I do next so that I can run vaphot?
