Keck LRIS data reduction - 2006 (2)

Hi all again, I wrote a few months back regarding some (red) Keck LRIS data that I was reducing and some issues with the dual amplifier and the routine WMKOLRIS. In the time since I've been able to figure out those issues and have progressed through to extraction.
My issue now is that I am moving on to the set's blue side data, trying to begin the data reduction and basically following the same steps as I had with the red side data. This would be fairly straightforward except that the routine LCCDPROC calls upon LRISBIAS for overscan subtraction but this only has single- or dual-amp readout modes. The red side data is dual-amp and so wasn't a problem, but the blue side uses four amps!
My question, then, is that the routine designed for use with LRIS data is incompatible with the blue side quad-amp data without some sort of modification. What might this modification be?
To compensate I am going to use regular CCDPROC to deal with the amp readouts that I am interested in (the middle two, 2 & 3) by specifying their respective overscan regions and eventually re-combining them to form a single image of which I can bias and flat correct. I'm really just wondering if there's a simpler way? Shouldn't LCCDPROC and LRISBIAS be able to handle it on their own?
