FORS2 data, problems with wavelength calibration using APSUM

I have some FORS2 data taken in the MOS mode. I understood the ESO pipeline reduces the data to the point where I can extract the spectra without out the need for a separate wavelength calibration. However, when I extract spectra from the image i get the message

'Warning: Coordinate System Ignored (rotated?): Using Pixel Coordinates'

I get the impression something is amiss in my fits header but I am not sure what is missing or just incorrect. Below is the fits header for the file. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You didn't actually say what task you were trying to use, but your image has an equatorial sky WCS, not a spectral one. Is this the raw image or the one coming out of the pipeline?
