Add images with input shift file??

Imarith does not have a parameter for inputing shiftfiles. I tried imcombine, but it doesn't seem to like my shiftfile. I get:

Warning: IMCOMBINE: Error in offset list
Warning: Can't set output geometry

Can anyone either help me fix this problem or recommend another task to do this?

See the IMSHIFT task, or perhaps also IMLINTRAN.
