gscalibrate

andrea wrote on Sep 16, 2009

hi,

i am trying to flux calibrate my spectra. i have a perfectly normal looking sens.fits. however, when i use gscalibrate the continuum of the output looks very different than expected, it is way to bright in the blue. when i divide by hand my spectrum by the sensfunction it looks as expected. I wonder what goes wrong when i use the task gscalibrate.

hope you can help,

I know some of the Gemini folks reads these forums, but if you don't get a reply soon you might try posting a Gemini HelpDesk request.
