cap.cl, hed.cl

Are the cap.cl and hed.cl different packages? I have them in a command line, but I don't understand what these are, I am totally stuck, so any help will be highly appreciated :?

There are no files by that name in the core IRAF system or any external package I know of, so they must be something local. Unless you post the scripts there's no way to tell what they do, where they are, or whether you need them.
