When I run ccdproc, I usually get some sort of output (eg zero level correction frame is zero.fits) during processing. I've loaded IRAF on a few other machines recently (the latest Scisoft, OSX10.5), and the familiar output does not appear (but the images get reduced). As far as I can tell from the ccdproc help file, there's no command I can change in epar that will turn the commentary on and reduce the images.

What setting needs to be changed to get this output back? Thanks!

Check the CCDRED package parameters 'verbose' and 'logfile'. If verbose is off you won't get some output, if logfile is non-null (be sure it isn't just a space character) the output will be written there.
