ccmap doesn’t create solution file

I am using ccmap and cctran to do astrometry. However, after creating the database file with ccmap, cctran always returns the output equal to the input.

I believe this is because ccmap just won't create a solution file. However, a results file and a database file are created. ccmap even updates the header correctly.

Any idea what i'm doing wrong?

I can't really tell you what you are doing wrong without more information. If you post all the parameters ("lpar ccmap cctrans") and the output from the tasks starting with the command you enter (excluding any interactive graphics) I might be able to see what is happening.
