I cannot do photometry with phot of daophot

qphot of apphot goes fine for me but phot of daophot doesn't work.
The instrumental magnitude given when I run phot is too large(¬5000) even when I use an aperture of 5 pixels. So when I increase the aperture to 10, the value of the instrmental magnitude becomes INDEF. I find when I lower the value of the inner radius of sky annulus, the instrumental magnitudes become a little bit lower but still very high.
Here are the parameters I use.
centering algorithm:centroid
centering box width:45
sky fitting algorithm:mode
inner radius of sky annulus:40
width of the sky annulus:25
aperture radii:5,10
standard deviation of background in counts:3
mim good data value:3000
max good data value:50000

Hi,
I think the value of mindata is too large.
set it to 0, or a negative number, maybe it will run.
