format of the database file generated by apall

Hi there. I'm not sure which the best forum to post, but here goes.
I'm using the task apall, and I'm trying to get some information about 1d spectrum extraction aperture from the file (i.e., the file name starts with "ap_") under the "database" directory. In this file, certain information are self-explanatory, but what the rest of numbers mean is not entirely clear.
Is there any document that tells me the specification of the file? Any help or pointer is appreciated!
