gmos longslit spectrum gradient

I have successfully reduced a GMOS longslit spectrum with the gemini package, obtaining good line features, but there is a significant constant slope across the whole spectrum from blue (low flux) to red (high flux). Do you have any ideas on which reduction step I may have problems with?

I don't have an answer for you, but I do know that some of the Gemini folks visit occassionally and may chime in with a suggestion. Until then, you can try the Gemini HelpDesk, or see e.g. the GMOSEXAMPLES task or 'help gmosinfospec" to check that you've done all the steps.
