geomap/geotran

I generate a database map.txt using geomap. Then geotran tells me it can't find it. ERROR(1, "Database record not found")

You need to post more information such as the commandlines used for both geomap/geotran, the contents of the map.txt file, a single image or a list, etc. Generically speaking, the message just means the 'transforms' name you gave doesn't exist in the map.txt 'database' file.
