Also Memory problems in mscred.combine

I was trying to run mscstack to combine mosaic images. I met errors "PANIC in `/iraf/mscred/bin.redhat/x_combine.e': Memory has been corrupted" only if the number of input images is larger than 33. I downloaded the pacthed package of mscred, ie, which set the imcombine_maxmemory , but the problem is still there. Any clue? Thanks a lot!

I'm afraid I don't know what is causing your error. The only thing to suggest is that the problem be debugged "in-situ" on your machine with a reproducible case. I can offer to do this but I'll be away for vacation starting Friday and then it might take some time to be able to look at it. If you want to pursue this then lets talk outside of this forum.
