wcslab

I am having trouble getting wcslab to put a grid around an image. It works fine when
stdimage=imt512 but for larger frame sizes, the grid info gets spewed all over the window.
I am using ds9 and linux iraf. I set wcslab.device=imdwhiite.
Thanks.

Hi Tom,
Be sure you've got the 'fill' parameter for both the DISPLAY and WCSLAB tasks set the same way. Details over the axis labels are controlled by the WLPARS pset for wcslab, you might try unlearning that as well as the DISPLAY task. If you still have problems please post your parameters and a test case using dev$pix, I can't quite visualize what exactly is being spewed where.
Cheers,
-Mike
