XImtool cursor colors

        Have a look at the following resources:

           idleCursorBgColor   busyCursorBgColor   ginmodeCursorBgColor
           idleCursorFgColor   busyCursorFgColor   ginmodeCursorFgColor

These will change the various cursor colors.  You can also use the Shift-MB2
in the main display window to bring up a fullscreen crosshair cursor, it's
not only a better way to center on small features but should work just as
well in reverse video.
